I enjoy the people I work with, and the overall atmosphere of willingness to get things done and help each other. In my role, I do enjoy that I have the ability to effect change and deliver results. I always look for challenges, but I have to be having fun. I am also motivated by working with people who rise to challenges and contribute to the fun atmosphere. I have also been humbled by the support I have received from my team since joining the company.”

The management team embodies a very diverse skill set. Company principals know all the employees, recognize their skill sets, and have a personal approach to their communication with all. During a recent Christmas party, [our president] Jean-Francois Crevier not only took the time to acknowledge every attendee by name, but also knew exactly who they were, and sought them out individually within the group… A real personable approach.  Well done!

I enjoy working with a smaller, family-run company after coming from a large oil corporation…. At Crevier, you are recognized for your efforts and it feels like you are part of the family. At Crevier, we are challenged to meet our goals and targets, which is something in sales that is motivating both personally and professionally.

I am working as a customer service representative; my first job in Canada. What motivates me is a helpful team, supportive co-workers and a guiding supervisor.  [I particularly liked] the introduction to the Culture Change Meeting. Everything was well organized, the meeting room was nicely decorated, and people dressed up in jungle safari dress, which really made it impressive. All of us gathered, formed teams, solved puzzles and played games to get the feel of the values the company wants to inculcate in all employees. Each one of us got the Passport with the core values and a chance to get our own stamps in it in the future. It was really a memorable event.

Crevier is a growing and evolving company that is proactive in developing and expanding its product offerings and services. They see the value in training and developing their personnel to give them the tools to be successful in their positions. They also see the value in strong communication and a friendly work environment that promotes sharing of information and assisting fellow co-workers.

I like the fact that I can work independently and manage my own work load to be able to achieve my sales targets.

I enjoy working with my colleagues, and I appreciate the company culture, a culture that is one of looking to improve and grow all the time. I have enjoyed the training opportunities presented to me at work.

I have found Crevier Group to provide a transparent and honest experience so far. While we have had some struggles in the last 24 months, there has always been a positive vibe brought to us by JF [Jean-François Crevier, President] and the company.  My most recent experience was our company Christmas party. While it was a small gathering, Crevier (from Jean-François Crevier to local management) made us all feel special and well appreciated in our positions, no matter what title you held.
