It is with great pleasure that we inform you that the Crevier Group has acquired R.P. Oil Limited on Tuesday, December 1st, 2015.

R.P. Oil Limited is a lubricant distribution company based in Whitby, Ontario. The office and warehouse are located north of highway 401. Their territory goes from the East up to Kingston, from the West up to Oakville and from the North up to Huntsville. This acquisition fits directly into our Canadian expansion strategy and will allow us to make inroads into Ontario. We believe the large number of synergies possible with our other fuel and lubricants divisions will enable the Group to attain its full potential. In this way, we will act as a dominant player in Ontario. This acquisition will allow us to increase our visibility, targeting larger regional customers across Eastern Canada, from Windsor to Halifax, which constitutes the largest market in Canada.
