Purchase, receipt and/or use of a Crevier gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Crevier Petroleum Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereafter collectively “Crevier”) may change such terms and conditions from time to time at their sole discretion and without prior notice. Such modifications shall become binding when published online on Crevier’s website.
Crevier gift cards may be used exclusively for purchases made at participating Crevier Group service stations.
Crevier gift cards can be purchased at participating Crevier Group service stations and may be paid with cash or an approved credit card or debit card. Crevier gift card’s value is in Canadian currency. The minimum amount that can be loaded per Crevier gift card is $10.00 with a maximum of up to $250.00.
Crevier gift cards can be reloaded at participating Crevier Group service stations. The balance of Crevier gift cards can be checked in stores or online. To check the balance of your Crevier gift card online, click here.
In case of theft, loss or destruction of your Crevier gift card, we will not replace or reimburse it. Crevier gift cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
We reserve the right not to accept or otherwise limit the use of a Crevier gift card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Crevier gift cards have no expiration date and no user or dormancy fees will be charged.
Crevier gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless there is a balance of five dollars ($ 5.00) or less on them. If the value of your Crevier gift card is not sufficient to cover the cost of your purchase, the balance must be paid with another payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, notwithstanding any conflict of law rules, and for the purposes of legal proceeding, the parties agree that the Courts of the judicial district of Montreal shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out the interpretation or the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions and/or in connection to a Crevier gift card.
Users of Crevier gift card are waiving, to the fullest extent allowed by law, any claims to recover punitive or exemplary damages and any right to pursue any claims by way of a class action lawsuit.
CREVIER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO CREVIER GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREVIER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS) AND CREVIER’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON THE CREVIER GIFT CARD.
