FUNCTIONS-RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Execute production as Schedule 
  • Timely and accurate production output 
  • Operate/maintain production line equipment 
  • Contribute to a safe and clean working environment 
  • Adhere and comply with all Health and Safety rules and procedures 
  • Support and follow Quality Initiatives and standards 
  • Maintain relevant product and process knowledge and required certifications. 
  • Overtime and shift work as required or scheduled 
  • Complete additional indoor/outdoor duties as assigned 
  • Other related functions that may be added to the job description as required. 


COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Technical skills: High Attention to Detail and Quality Output 
  • Physically Fit (Capable of lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods) 
  • Role Flexibility and Willingness to Cross Train 
  • Basic Math Skills and Reading Comprehension 

 Relational skills:

  • Good Problem-Solving Skills; 
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; 
  • Accountable, dependable and punctual; 
  • Ability to work under pressure; 
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of organization;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Education: High School diploma 
Experience:  6 months of relevant experience 
Languages:  Fluent in English spoken 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT 

 Physical effort: Standing upright for long hours; 
 Environment:    Ability to lift weights of 50lbs. 

 Overtime and shift work as required or scheduled.
