    Minimum education :Post-secondary diploma in commerce or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Job summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling the full line of products and services offered by Crevier Lubrifiants Inc. and is expected to increase the existing client base, sales volume and revenue.

The core business is in the automotive, transportation and construction industries, as well as commercial and industrial enterprises. The ideal candidate will have experience in a related or one or more of these areas. Business to Business sales experience is required.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

  • Maintain and expand relations with existing customers in a professional manner;
  • Provide service solutions to potential customers via structured marketing campaigns;
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate their potential;
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives;
  • Fully utilize and maintain the Salesforce and CRM system as applicable;
  • Embrace all tools and training provided;
  • Maintain a professional working relationship within the Sales team;
  • Any other related activities may be added to the job description if needed.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Technical skills

  • A proven record as a self-starting sales professional competent at consistently meeting and exceeding targets and objectives;
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and experience with CRM and Salesforce systems;
  • Demonstrated technical experience in lubricants is an asset.

Relational skills

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Team spirit and understanding of the importance of the sales culture;
  • Good sense of organisation, time management and attention to detail.
