JOB SUMMARY: 
 
The CSR/Warehouse assistant owns their position and plays a key role in support of the CSR/Operation Lead and Warehouse positions. Assistance with customers’ orders, phone calls, order picking, shipping, general warehouse, and CSR functions. This position also represents the Company in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service. Liaising with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB SUMMARY: 

The CSR/Warehouse assistant owns their position and plays a key role in support of the CSR/Operation Lead and Warehouse positions. Assistance with customers’ orders, phone calls, order picking, shipping, general warehouse, and CSR functions. This position also represents the Company in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service. Liaising with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES: 

  • Answering phones, redirecting calls, taking, and entering orders 
  • Processing, filing, and maintenance of order entry and shipping documents 
  • Coordination and communication of all incoming orders with CSR/Warehouse staff 
  • Execution of shipping schedule; picking, staging, and shipping orders in a safe and efficient manner. 
  • Ensures the warehouse area is maintained in an orderly, organized and clean condition. 
  • Ensures company policy and legal requirements are followed in the shipping of product. 
  • Assists in the responsible management of company assets. 
  • Responsible for proper and safe loading of the assigned truck and unloading of product. 
  • Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the lift truck. 
  • Occasional deliveries to local customers 
  • Represents and promotes the company in a competent and professional manner. 
  • Understands and complies with Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures. 
  • Other related activities that may be added to the job description as required. 


Skills 


Technical:   

Exceptional and Positive customer service practices  
Experience in forklift driving 
Experience in a similar position in a Warehouse environment 
Physically Fit (Capable of lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods) 
Computer software: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Role Flexibility and Willingness to Cross Train  

Relational:       

Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills 
Excel in a Team Environment with Collaborative and Flexible Attitude 
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines; 
Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of organization; 
Adherence to Safety Rules and Procedures 



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

             Training: Secondary V, forklift driver card (an asset) 
             Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience 
             Languages: English both written and verbal 


WORKING ENVIRONMENT 

Physical effort: Standing upright for long hours; 
Environment:    Ability to lift weights of 50lbs. 
Environment: Warehouse work and office work;
