SUMMARY OF EMPLOYMENT:

As Marketing Project Associate (Junior) , you will be responsible for creating, coordinating and executing efficient marketing campaigns for Crevier Group’s divisions.

This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute communication and marketing campaigns targeting B2C (service stations) and B2B (commercial and industrial lubricants) segments.
• Work to develop internal and external marketing initiatives, including planning, coordination, content creation, graphic design, collaboration with external agencies and suppliers and sales support.
• Actively participate in events and sponsorships planning and execution, work to develop traditional marketing campaigns, implement our new digital strategies.
• Play an active role in all divisions’ websites development and maintenance, execute email campaigns, create videos, coordinate webinars, create engaging content for social media.
• Ensure Crevier service stations’ presence and visibility on search engines.
• Plan and execute product launches and promotions, coordinate merchandizing and promo articles.
• Ensure quality standards, respect visual identity guidelines.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned.
   

SKILLS

Technical and relational:

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Adobe suite software (Photoshop), an asset;
• Great ease with technologies and the digital ecosystem;
• Collaborator, agent of change and creativity;
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities at once;
• Excellent judgment, great autonomy, initiative, rigor and professionalism;
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion and a sense of ethics;
• Ease of writing content in French and English;
• Strong skills for creating visuals, an asset;
• Ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment;
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing or any other relevant field;

Experience: Experience will be considered an asset

Languages: French - English bilingualism essential both orally and in writing.
