SUMMARY:

The incumbent supports the optimization of business processes based on strategic directions and organizational objectives. He contributes to the implementation and execution of a continuous improvement approach, aimed at ensuring sound resource management and quality service delivery across the organization.

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Analyze and evaluate the needs of users;
  • Model and analyze business processes;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and targets to be achieved;
  • Deliver new processes and projects
  • Participate in the development of performance indicators;
  • Write procedures and training tools;
  • Participate in the development of action plans and see the implementation and monitoring of the selected solutions;
  • Collaborate on change management, including:
    -Participate in the development of training
    -Participate in the preparation of the various meetings
    -Measure implant success, track improvements and use control processes
  • Ensure collaboration between the different actors;
  • Perform any other related duties added to the position as required.
     

SKILLS:
 

Techniques:

  • Advanced level with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects);
  • Green Belt certification or more (an asset).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Training:

BAC. in business administration or other relevant academic training;

Experience:

5 years of relevant experience in process optimization
Relevant experience in project delivery and change management
Bilingual (French, English)
Mobility (50%)
